How much commission do you charge?
We charge a 10% commission fee on successful bookings made. There are no listing fees or ongoing costs, only pay for successful bookings.
How are payments handled?
When we refer guests to venues, we allow the venue to collect payment directly from guests. We will then send you an invoice for the referral fee.
How do I sign my contract?
After you submit your venue, we will put together a listing page for your venue. Once you’re happy with the listing an ready for it to go live we will send you an agreement with all of our terms of service for you to sign and return.
How do I customize my listing?
Your listing will be built using information provided directly by you, as well as your official website. We will ask for your approval before your listing goes live, and you can request any changes or updates at any point before or after you go live.
